Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to work from home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field - Proven experience as a customer service manager or similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Confident and motivated personality traits - Creativity and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
