Job description:

Global Partners is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer in Geneva, CH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns. 4. Provide product information and guidance to customers. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and reliable with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strategic planning and cooperation skills are essential. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Fluency in English and French is preferred.
