Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

News Corp. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, have excellent decision-making skills, and be able to think creatively to solve problems.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues they may have - Maintain customer records and update databases as needed - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for improvement in our customer service processes

Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
