Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Yum Brands is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Officer to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Service Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, processing orders, and resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat. 2. Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions. 3. Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 5. Utilize problem-solving skills to address any customer concerns. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 9. Assist with any other customer service related tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Committed to providing outstanding customer service.
