Job Description - Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team at Symantec in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As a part-time Entry Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support. 3. Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive resolution. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Report any trends or issues to the Customer Service Manager.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Driven and confident personality traits. 3. Strong problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team. 5. Good communication skills. 6. Fluent in English and French. 7. Must have access to a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection. 8. Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
