Job Description - Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Avnet is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a high level of independence and adaptability, as well as strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent qualification - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
