Job Description - Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Zimmer Biomet Holdings is seeking a motivated and independent Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. 3. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. 4. Collaborate with other teams to coordinate responses to customer needs and inquiries. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Utilize problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to customer issues. 7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers.


Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong people management skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. 5. Motivated and proactive attitude towards customer service. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and customer service software. 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
