Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Anadarko Petroleum is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team based in Lausanne, Vaud. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, and have strong soft skills in teamwork and time management.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist with placing orders or resolving issues - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers - Follow company policies and procedures for customer service interactions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and part of a team - Proficient in basic computer skills - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
