Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Dick’s Sporting Goods is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email - Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, returns, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Assist with inventory management and restocking duties as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and compassion - Critical thinking skills to quickly resolve customer issues - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Excellent communication skills in English and German - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
