Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Salesforce.com is seeking a hardworking and reliable Customer Service Officer to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer accounts - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline customer service operations - Assist in training and mentoring junior customer service representatives - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong project management and people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
