Medartis AG is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team located in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary. We are looking for individuals who are independent, resourceful, have strong research skills, and possess emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and online chat - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as needed - Conduct research to provide accurate and timely information to customers - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
