Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


KKR is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent, driven, have strong time management skills, and be able to think creatively to solve customer issues.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills in English and French - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong time management skills - Creative thinking skills
