Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

AmerisourceBergen is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, candidates with at least 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients and customers, providing excellent service and support via phone, email, and other remote communication channels - Manage customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality

Requirements: - Independent and resourceful personality traits - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in relevant software applications and CRM systems - Ability to work remotely and effectively manage time - Fluency in English and French is required, additional language skills are a plus
