Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

AutoNation in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Utilize technology to streamline processes and improve customer service levels - Assist in troubleshooting any technical issues customers may be experiencing

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - 1 year of experience in customer service - Motivated and dedicated individual who is committed to providing exceptional service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Fluency in English and German is preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
