Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


FirstEnergy, a leading energy company in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Officer, you will work remotely from home and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders and tracking shipments - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Identifying and escalating any customer issues to management as needed


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate and reliable individual with a customer-centric mindset - Team player with the ability to work independently - Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required - Bachelor's degree preferred
