Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description: Kellogg is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. We are seeking someone at the Associate Level with at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner - Provide customer support and assistance with order processing, product information, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective solutions for customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better serve customers

Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Strategic planning and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
