Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Bobst Group SA is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and expedite customer requests - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and customer service standards - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - Confident and driven personality with a customer-centric mindset - Strong negotiation and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
