Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our team at Harley-Davidson in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries and needs.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions 2. Provide product information and assistance with purchases 3. Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner 5. Maintain customer records and database information 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction 7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: 1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills 3. Ability to adapt to changing situations and work well under pressure 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software 6. Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset 7. Fluency in English and German is preferred
