Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Representative in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and clients - Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner - Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures - Handle any guest inquiries or concerns with empathy and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience - Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Strong project management and planning skills - Detail-oriented and able to work independently - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
