Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Mammut Sports Group AG is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat. 2. Providing product information, troubleshooting problems, and assisting with order placement. 3. Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. 4. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 6. Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Must be driven and confident in handling customer inquiries. 2. Attention to detail and ability to cooperate with team members to achieve common goals. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 6. Experience in the outdoor or sports industry is a plus.
