Job Description - Customer Service Representative


Job Description:


Core-Mark Holding is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records by updating account information - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent decision-making skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
