Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Reliance Steel & Aluminum is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, creative, and cooperative.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and order processing. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating to management when necessary. 4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Energetic and confident personality. 3. Strong creative thinking skills. 4. Ability to work cooperatively with others. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
