Job Description:
Old Republic International is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a part-time, entry-level position perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are passionate, hardworking, innovative, and persuasive.
Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
