Remote Customer Service Representative

Henry Schein is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will be motivated, confident, possess strong people management skills, and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities: - Provide exemplary customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product support issues in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with other tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity
