Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team at Rockwell Automation in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring at least one year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or in person - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Provide product information and assist customers with product selection - Maintain customer records and update account information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve overall customer experience - Utilize planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management - Contribute to a positive and inclusive working environment
