Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bank of America Corp. in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As an Associate-level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Process customer transactions accurately and timely. 4. Promote and sell bank products and services. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on all bank policies and procedures. 8. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
