Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work from home in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, energetic, and possess strong teamwork and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions - Assist with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Problem-solve and find creative solutions to meet customer needs - Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate information to customers - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while resolving customer issues - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet individual and team performance goals and metrics - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies and procedures

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace - Comfortable working from home and adhering to a flexible schedule
