Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Alaska Air Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate should be resilient, passionate, and possess excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Resilient and passionate attitude - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - High school diploma or GED required
