Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist at Liberty Interactive, located in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time, entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction 3. Providing product information and assistance with placing orders 4. Processing returns and exchanges according to company policies 5. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 8. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer service experience


Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
