Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess a resourceful and motivated personality. Strong soft skills in negotiation and planning are also required for this role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Assist customers with product selection and recommendations based on their needs - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products - Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service - Resourceful and motivated personality - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software
