Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


EMCOR Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with a passion for providing excellent customer service and who are resourceful in finding solutions to customer inquiries and issues.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 6. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and escalate any recurring issues to management. 7. Assist with customer retention efforts and upselling opportunities. 8. Continuously improve customer service processes to enhance overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Resourceful and passionate about helping customers. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 4. Ability to think strategically and plan for long-term customer relationships. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Must be detail-oriented and organized. 9. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
