Job Description - Customer Service Specialist


Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Kelly Services in Geneva, Switzerland. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for product improvements. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. Associate Level seniority with at least 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions. 4. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Fluency in English and German is preferred. 8. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
