Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Xcel Energy is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist customers with billing questions and account inquiries. 4. Process service requests, account changes, and payments accurately. 5. Promote company products and services to customers. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 7. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong persuasion skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
