Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


WESCO International is seeking a passionate and resilient Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize strong people management skills to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with the sales team to support customer retention and growth


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience using CRM systems and other customer service software - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Passion for providing excellent customer service - Resilient mindset to handle challenging situations - Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data
