Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Tesoro in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. As a part-time position with an entry-level seniority, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service and a passion for supporting customers remotely.
Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction - Providing product information and technical support to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information - Working closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
