Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


AES is seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team and work from home in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a part-time position at an Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess energetic and reliable personality traits, along with strong soft skills in creativity and communication.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to address customer needs effectively. 6. Collect and report customer feedback to improve overall customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team. 7. High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home. 8. Fluency in English and German is preferred.
