Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Amazon.com is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work from home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess a reliable and independent personality.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback - Research and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to best assist customers - Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals

Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience - Reliable and independent personality traits - Strong research and communication skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - High school diploma or equivalent
