Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Landis+Gyr Group AG in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an entry-level position, this role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the customer success field.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Customer Success team in managing client accounts and relationships. 2. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address inquiries and provide support. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalations. 4. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers. 5. Assist in creating and maintaining customer success documentation and resources. 6. Support the implementation of customer success initiatives and strategies. 7. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing customers. 8. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. People management skills and adaptability. 7. Motivated and reliable personality traits. 8. Comfortable with remote work flexibility. 9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). 10.
