Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


MGM Resorts International is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Assist with onboarding new customers and provide ongoing support to ensure their success - Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development of customer success strategies and programs - Provide training and resources to customers to help them maximize the value of our products or services


Requirements: - Strong project management skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred


Personality Traits: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Reliable and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations


Soft Skills: - Project management skills to effectively manage customer success initiatives - Creativity to develop innovative solutions to customer challenges
