Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


KKR is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles. The ideal candidate must possess a reliable and driven personality, along with strong soft skills in research and project management.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist with onboarding new customers and providing ongoing support to ensure their success with our products and services. 2. Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences, and provide feedback to the product development team. 3. Help develop and implement customer success strategies to improve retention and satisfaction rates. 4. Manage projects related to customer success initiatives, working cross-functionally with teams across the organization. 5. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in customer service or customer success roles. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
