Job Description:
As a Customer Success Assistant at Estee Lauder in Basel, Switzerland, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. Working at the Associate Level, you will need at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. This part-time position requires a resourceful and resilient individual who possesses strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their continued loyalty and satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet revenue targets - Monitor customer feedback and identify trends to proactively address potential issues - Assist in the implementation of customer success strategies to maximize retention and upsell opportunities - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English and German is required
