Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

MetLife is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience who possesses creativity and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues they may have - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist in the creation of customer success strategies and workflows - Monitor customer feedback and compile reports for management review - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to provide a seamless customer experience - Coordinate and participate in customer success events and meetings - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity - Ability to work independently and within a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluency in English, additional languages a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
