Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

McDonald’s Lausanne is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Vaud, CH. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service and support to our valued customers. The Customer Success Assistant will work closely with the Customer Success team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with account management tasks.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person - Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner - Assist with customer onboarding and account setup - Monitor customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop customer support processes - Provide feedback to the Customer Success team on customer trends and issues - Assist with customer events and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Strong cooperation and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work part-time hours
