Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel-Landschaft, CH. This is a part-time role at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be driven, dedicated, have excellent presentation skills, and be skilled in strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. - Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, issues, and requests. - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing customers. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. - Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies. - Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends. - Travel to customer sites as needed to conduct onsite visits and meetings. - Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Proven experience in a customer-facing role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. - Must be eligible to work in Switzerland.
