Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Kühne + Nagel in Geneva, Switzerland. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our customer success team in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals with entry-level experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist the customer success team in managing client accounts and addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues - Conduct analysis and reporting on customer feedback and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Provide administrative support to the customer success team as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and dedicated personality traits - Strong people management and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
