Job Description - Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


TravelCenters of America is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role will provide crucial support to our customer success team in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a driven and motivated personality, along with excellent time management and persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide support. 2. Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure successful implementation of our products and services. 3. Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve their experience. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement. 6. Support the customer success team in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer success or support capacity. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively. 6. Knowledge of the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
