Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Dillard’s, a leading retail company, is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team in a work-from-home role based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals at the entry level with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer experience and retention - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes and make recommendations

Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service - Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage workload - Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and empathize with customers - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in using digital communication tools and customer management systems
