Job Description:
Chopard is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team, working remotely from anywhere in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven and passionate, with soft skills in innovation and project management.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via email, phone, and online chat - Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products and services - Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention - Track customer feedback and work with the product development team to implement necessary changes - Assist in creating customer success strategies and implementing best practices - Analyze data and metrics to measure customer satisfaction and success rates
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer success or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
