Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Dollar Tree. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service through various communication channels - Proactively engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Analyzing customer feedback and implementing strategies to improve customer experience - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and drive business growth - Monitoring customer accounts and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products - Assisting with administrative tasks related to customer success initiatives

Requirements: - Adaptability and independence to work effectively in a remote environment - Strong people management skills to handle difficult customer situations - Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and achieve win-win outcomes - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
