As a Customer Success Assistant at Discovery Communications, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing you with flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through various channels such as email, phone, and chat to assist with any inquiries or issues they may have - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments within the company to address customer needs and concerns - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the appropriate teams - Assist in creating training materials for customers and internal staff
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Proficiency in using various computer programs and systems - Associate level seniority - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
